The post holder will take lead responsibility for Change Management and Problem Management in BSO ITS. The IT Change Manager will manage all aspects of IT changes to services and systems within BSO ITS. The post holder will have responsibility for reviewing, prioritising, approving and documenting change requests and will be a key contributor in the transition of changes from development to live operation..
