Delivering hard services planned PPM programme to include all statutory maintenance as per legal requirement.
Mobile engineer covering various medical centres in the East Midlands Area.
Respond to all reactive Building Fabric works as per direction from the helpdesk and business
Carry out all planned works, installations and repairs as per the current regulations including Fire Door remedials (training will be given to the suitable candidate)
Provide assistance when required to mechanical, plumbing and electrical reactive works, where qualified, as per requirement of the maintenance manager and the contract requirements.
Assist in project planning, estimation and stock control of critical mechanical / Building Fabric spares
Work to the site specific Rams for the contract and as detailed within your safety briefings.
Work as part of team to deliver the highest standards for the client.
Maintain high customer service standards, working alongside the client and the teams.
Skills and Knowledge
City & Guild, apprenticeship in Joinery and / or relevant experience in Building Fabric maintenance.
Qualifications and relevant experience in mechanical, plumbing planned and reactive maintenance an advantage.
Experience of utilising CAFM systems and PDA’s whilst carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Planning and organizing own workload to meet SLA targets.
Previous experience of working in health centres an advantage.
Clean driving licence
