Building Safety Case Developer

Building Safety CaseDeveloper required to complete Building Safety Case Report prior to the deadline. This is a temporary role to commence immediately, and hourly rate is negotiable.

Travel to sites in Kent, and Essex will be required.

Duties:

• Taking all reasonable steps to mitigate risks in preventing Building Safety risks, specifically the spread of fire and structural failure
• Prepare a Safety Case report for buildings, demonstrating that all Building Safety risks have been assessed, and reasonable steps have been taken to control them

Experience required:

• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022
• Experience working in a Building Safetyenvironment
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
