Building Safety Manager

My local authority client is looking to appoint a Building Safety Manager for an interim 6 month contract.

Skills/Experience/Requirements.

• Have previously worked in the capacity of a Building Safety Managerwithin a Local Authority/Housing Association
• Contract Management experience.
• Overseeing the fire safety department and have exposure to: FRAs, Fire Doors, Fire Safety Contracts.
• Extensive Knowledge of the Building Safety and Fire Safety Acts.

Experince working in a Local Authority/Housing Association is ESSENTIAL for this role.

Job Details:

Contract Length: 6 month initially, with the potential to extend.

Rate: Negotiable, starting at £40ph.

Working Pattern: Hybrid.
