SalaryWe are currently working in partnership with a g15 Housing Association with over 107,000 homes, who are looking to appoint 2 x Building Safety Managers on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in South London, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of circa £54,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high rise blocks and able to put together Building Safety cases
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Experience required:
- Experience in carrying out risk assessments
- Ability to create reports on the safety of buildings
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Extensive technical knowledge, with the ability to comprehend complex issues regarding fire safety in buildings at all stages of life cycle
- Knowledgeable about B.I.M. protocol, Building Safety information and data systems, and how these can be used in a safety case file

Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
