As the Building Safety Manager, you will be:
- Working as a key member of the Building Safety Team ensuring the safety of the properties within the portfolio
- Overseeing the fire safety requirements, including fire risk assessments programmes, fire compliance, fire doors, cladding and compartmentation
- Responsible for completing work across Building Safety cases, Building Safety reports and overseeing the structural safety of the buildings
Qualifications / Education:
- Previous experience working with Building Safety and compliance
- Extensive fire safety knowledge and experience overseeing fire safety contracts
- Previous experience working with Building Safety cases and Building Safety reports
- Social housing or public sector experience
- Previous experience leading a team
- An in-depth understanding of the Building Safety and Fire Safety Act
As the Building Safety Manager, you will receive:
