Hours Per Week: 42 hours per week

Corps Security is currently recruiting for a SIA Licenced Security Officer to be based at one of our prestigious client’s premises.

Job purpose:

To provide security and support duties in a professional and courteous manner in line with both the client requirements and Corps Security’s policies and procedures.

Role requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Must hold a valid SIA Frontline Licence.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively
• Able to handle high pressured situations
• 5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858

Duties include:

• Conduct patrols of wider site in accordance with contract SLA's and KPI's
• Respond to intruder alarms/fire alarms/system alarm activations across site
• Attend incidents on site as directed by the Control Room which can include: road traffic collisions, breaches of health & safety and unauthorised persons and handle accordingly
• Attend all first aid calls across site if requred
• Ensuring all incidents and faults are reported as per site process and procedures
• Ensure Deputy Manager / Site Protection and/or Control Room are regularly updated with onsite activities/incident
• First point of call for operational issues
• Undertake all reasonable requests made by the CCTV Control Room Supervisor / Site Protection Team Leader
