This company runs in the Midlands, and are suppliers of Heating, Plumbing, Ventilation and Air Conditioning services for industrial, residential, and commercial building projects. This award-winning company is looking for someone to add great value to their already high performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of projects to ensure they are being delivered to the highest standards, dealing with clients and subcontractors, monitoring sites, and using software.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Contracts Manger, will come from a Mechanical background in a Building Services environment and be looking to join a well established and respected company in the industry.
The Role:

• Responsible for multiple projects
• Monitoring of projects from start to finish.
• Health & Safety
• £50,000-£70,000 based on experience

The Person:

• Previous experience as Contracts Manger
• Understanding of Mechanical Industry
• UK Full clean driving license
