Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Building Services background, looking to join an industry leading company who have been established for over a century and offer excellent company benefits, training opportunities and a multi-faceted role?

In this role, you will undertake a broad range of responsibilities including attending pre/post contract review meetings, placing material orders, monitoring the progress on projects as well as carrying out site visits.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager or similar with a background in the Building Services, looking to work for a well-established company who pride themselves on their friendly work environment and who offer great company benefits and training.
The Role:

• Manage pre and post contract review meeting
• Place material orders
• Liaise with engineers and subcontractors
• Carry out site visits across the Midlands
• Monday to Friday 8am5pm

The Person:

• Contracts Manager or similar
• Building Services or similar
• Commutable to Ambergate, Derby
