Derby Homes is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Contract Manager to help strengthen the day-to-day repairs team.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for responsive repairs work across the city.
Core duties will include-
- To assist the Contract Manager to provide a safe, efficient, and effective management of the day-to-day repairs service to the Councils portfolio of properties that are either owned or managed by Derby Homes or any other external partners.
- To manage and support staff assigned to the service area and ensure that all work is fully compliant with all relevant requirements.
- In conjunction with the Contract Manager, manage and monitor the operational and financial performance of the Day to Day Repairs Team to ensure adherence to agreed performance targets, quality, productivity, and budgets.
