This is a great opportunity for an engineer who likes the prospect of working in a high-tech, innovative building where they will be kept busy at all times.
Duties:
- Fire alarm testing
- Sprinkler testing
- Emergency lighting
- Water treatment
- Calorifiers
- AHUs/FCUs
- Cooling towers
- Condensers
- Heat exchangers
- Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits
- Power distribution
- PAT testing
- Transformers
Requirements:
- Building services maintenance experience in a commercial office environment
- 17th/18th Edition
- C&G/NVQ Level 2/3 in Building Services
- Desires to climb the ranks in their next company
