The role is looking after a large static site which sits just inside the M25, with easy access by road and rail.

Duties
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power
- Motors
- Generator testing
- UPS,
- Shutdowns,
- Motors
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm Test
- AHUs, FCUs, VAVs,
- Sprinkler Systems
- Pumps
- Belts
- Mechanical Seals
- Safe Isolation of components
- Documenting the works carried out on the CMMS and reporting findings into site supervisor
Requirements
- NVQ/C&G Lvevel 3 in Electrical
- 18th Edition
- Previous Building Services Maintenance experience (2 years min.)
