Building Services Manager

You will be working on a £90m high end residential & commercial development in Manchester, taking the MEP lead.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be involved from the MEP design stage working with external design consultants, attending consultant and client meetings from the pre construction stage to operational delivery through full subcontractor management, progress reporting and overall project delivery.

The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality innovative builds across infrastructure, industrial, build to rent, student accommodation, commercial, retail & leisure projects.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record as a Building Services Manager on large construction projects, ideally within a tier 1 contractor environment. .
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
