The Job
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative task and manging client enquiries
- Setting up appointments and overseeing associated correspondence
- Proven ability to upsell products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service with both new and existing customers.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it looks presentable at all times.
- Stock management for the offices and service areas
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
About you
- An experience administrator that is happy to get involved with all aspects of the business.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of One Link system woud be an advantage
- Previous experience within the service industry would be an advantage.
- Able to work every other Saturday morning.
- A driving licence will be required for occasional ad hoc delivery duties or client meetings
