We are seeking dynamic individuals with specialisation in Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Heating, Gas or Electrical to join our team. As a Resident Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various systems, carrying out both reactive and pre-planned maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance tasks according to schedule and customer specifications, adhering to set standards and SOPs.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and fault finding, providing comprehensive feedback and recommendations.
• Maintain impeccable workmanship standards, leaving work areas clean and organized.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
• Keep job details updated in real-time using our electronic systems.
• Coordinate with Stores/Service Desk for parts procurement and van stock replenishment.
• Proactively engage with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach trainees to facilitate their skill development and career progression.
• Collaborate with supervisors and account teams to identify additional business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in any of the following Building Services specializations: Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical, Gas.
• 18th Edition Qualifications (Desirable)
• Gas Qualifications (Desirable)
• Possession of a valid full Driving License.
