Maternity cover initially for 9 months
- Basic IT support
- Photocopying / Scanning
- Provide hand delivery service to local organisations, take outgoing mail to Post Office
- Monitor general mailbox emails
- Be the main point of contact with our off site storage contractor and be responsible for the control and distribution of all archived files.
- Maintain working stocks of stationery, order supplies when needed
- Maintain label printer
- Order business cards, brochures and other marketing literature
- Ambassador Scheme
- Assisting Onboarding Team during busy periods
- Banking
- Monitoring of daily backups
- Provide reception cover as and when required
- Arrange catering for meetings
