Location: London (Hybrid)

The Role:
As a Building Surveyor, youll work on projects across the South and East of England, contributing to expanding surveying services regionally and nationally, closely linked with architectural and heritage consultancy.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role.
* At least 2 years post-graduate experience as a Building Surveyor or hold a Chartered RICS membership.
* Knowledge of building decay and repair.
* Familiarity with technical standards and regulations.
* Passion for working on historic buildings.
* IHBC affiliate membership.
(Desirable)
* Valid driving licence.
