Building Surveyor

We are currently working in partnership with an established and renowned consultancy, based in Manchester, who are recruiting for a Building Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor.

The salary range for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy and will be able to deliver pre and post contract input on small scale fit outs.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Delivering pre & post contract services on small scale fit outs

• Engaging positively with clients to understand their quality expectations and concerns, and addressing them effectively

• Developing and executing strategies to ensure building quality meets standards and specifications

• Establishing efficient processes and systems for quality control throughout project execution

• Conducting regular inspections to verify that structures are being built according to plan and regulations

Experience required:

• Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS or MCIOB) or on the path to achieving this

• Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation
