, Salary: £39,163.66 + an additional 1% of the base salary until March 2025 to assist with the cost of living, , About the Role, , We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Building Surveyor in the Property Services Directorate.​, , The role is within our property services surveying team and will responsible for managing Capital Works projects. These projects include major empty homes refurbishments, building safety projects and supporting the decarbonisation of our homes.​, , Would you like to join a forward thinking, dynamic Property Services team working within a well established customer focused Housing Association in Cardiff?, , About You, , You will ideally be an experienced Surveyor/Project Manager (residential housing experience is not essential but advantageous) with the following technical skills:-​, , , As a Building Surveyor you will be accountable for managing planned and responsive maintenance programmes including major refurbishments and building safety works.​, , If you have excellent attention to detail, great planning & organisational skills as well as good knowledge & experience of the building surveying world....... this could be your next career move.
