We are currently representing an award-winning Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy based in Oxford who are actively looking for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. The Consultancy specialise within a number of sectors such as the Commercial, Education, Residential, Industrial and Hospitality sectors. Therefore, the Senior Building Surveyor will be overseeing a variety of projects and completing a variety of Building Surveying duties in the Oxford area.
This role is open to experienced Building Surveyors who are looking to progress to Senior / Associate level and become MRICS qualified with APC support from the company. Alternatively, a construction or property degree graduate looking to become a Building Surveyor / Project Manager. Furthermore, a candidate who is looking to change disciplines from a Commercial Valuation Surveying or Residential Surveying background who demonstrates genuine interest in a Building Surveyor / Project Manager role for a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy would be considered.
Building Surveyor / Project Manager Position Requirements
- Open to candidates from a Graduate to Senior level (Would consider a candidate looking to change role from another related discipline)
- Relevant construction or property related degree
- Demonstrated strong interest in surveying and the construction industry
Building Surveyor / Project Manager Position Remuneration
- Salary: 25k - 60k (Guide only - DOE)
- Discretionary bonus dependent on experience
- Car allowance can be discussed
- Holiday allowance - DOE
- Standard pension scheme
- Some hybrid working
