Due to this growth, this company are now looking to take on a damp and mould surveyor in line with their long term growth plans and as their workload increases.

Work will include conducting restorations surveys and reports for high end residential clients. There will be a good balance of site work and office work, working alongside top tier clients and varied projects.
The ideal candidate will either have experience as a surveyor or building professional, have a good understanding of restorations surveying, and have a background in building surveying.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Surveyor to join a thriving consultancy where you can develop and learn whilst being exposed to top tier clients and projects.
The Role:

• Surveyor (restorations)
• Travelling to site to conduct assessments
• Report writing and case project management
• Opportunity to progress to leadership roles

The Person:

• Experience working with damp and mould assessments
• MRICS or PCA accreditation is highly desirable
• Good building surveying knowledge
• Looking for diverse workload and project autonomy
