Job Role;
This UK wide building consultancy is looking for confident and driven individuals to join their Building Consultancy team. They cover the UK with multiple offices that span the South West, London, Midland, the North West and Scotland. Their sector coverage includes private and public working with an impressive client base from investors, occupiers, and estates through to development companies and public sector clients. The business can offer full exposure to all aspects of Building Surveying including building surveys, schedules of dilapidation, condition surveys, TDD, project management, party wall matters and understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation.
This impressive property company is well established and are seeing a record year of success, despite current market conditions. The building consultancy team accounts for over 50% of the business across the UK and therefore are in a position of growth and can offer surveyors at all levels career development and exciting earning potential.
Ideals;
·Member Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
·Building Surveying or construction related degree
·Ability to work within a team and independently to a professional standard
·Excellent communication, management, client facing and business development skills
·Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
·Actively seeks out continuous self-development, broadening knowledge, and experience
