Description
- Undertaking Building Surveying duties related to maintenance and repair of properties.
- Ensuring that all properties are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assisting in the procurement of contractors and overseeing their work from start to finish.
- Tenant focused - regular interactions with customers, attentively listening and recording their queries during visits and acting upon them accordingly.
Profile
- A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- A good understanding of building maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of safety and sustainability regulations for properties.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to manage and resolve property related issues effectively.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Job Offer
- An estimated hourly salary of £27.00 - £33.00 per hour.
