Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Support. As a Business Support, you will provide administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in using office software and tools. Duties: - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist in managing schedules and coordinating appointments - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping - Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions - Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence - Organize and maintain electronic and physical files - Provide support in organizing meetings, conferences, and events - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Experience: - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management Join our team as a Business Support and contribute to the success of our company.
