Salary: £21,174.40 per annum plus Veolia benefits (this will increase as of 1st of April)

Location: Slough

Programme Duration: 18 months

Apprenticeship Programme;

During this programme, we'll help you develop your practical and behavioural skills and support you in gaining the technical and professional knowledge required for you to succeed in your career.

As well as this, you’ll also gain the Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration qualification.

With many of our colleagues starting as apprentices, you’ll receive full support and guidance from everyone throughout.

By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have received industry-standard training and attained qualifications that will enable you to progress and reach your full potential.

What will you be doing?

- Support the help desk with logging and prioritising work (in line with guidance).

- Scheduling of Facilities-related tasks and allocating to engineers and subcontractors for completion.

- Interaction with engineering teams to ensure work completion to agreed timescales.

- Provide admin team cover for holidays and absence

- Collation of customer reports and updating customer reports.

- Assist in raising purchase orders and invoice validation.

- General filing and document retention.

What are we looking for?

- A minimum of Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) achieved or predicted and/or be willing and able to achieve Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn.

- Be comfortable with picking up the phone to support the business and provide good customer service.

- Good understanding of Google and Microsoft Office tools.
