Business Administrator

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Administration Assistant.

This is a 3-month contract position with full time hours.

• Umbrella set up.
• Hourly rate of £16.00.
• Hybrid working pattern between home and our clients office (Glasgow or Perth).
• 37 Hours a week.

The role: Help with tasks such as; diary management, organising meetings, travel booking, basic slide preparation, sending out communications, team invites and general admin support for the management team.

Experience & Skill set required:

• Administration experience ideally from a busy office environment.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines, dealing with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365).
• Good attention to detail.
