UPS Building & Maintenance in Greater Manchester are recruiting for a Business Administrator Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Duties:
• Providing office support so that staff can work smoothly with customers and each other.
• Maintaining organised files and records of business activity.
• Booking jobs in for operatives.
• Assisting the team in general admin tasks.
Requirements:
• Time management skills
• Highly motivated
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with customers on the phone
• Microsoft Experience
Grades:
• GCSE Level A-C Maths and English
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am-16:30
