Description
St Just Housing is the landlord of a residential property portfolio consisting of 50 properties. They are currently looking for a Business Administrator apprentice to join and learn within their team.
Main Duties:

• General email inbox and Whatsapp management
• Liase with tenants and contractors
• Co-ordinate and organise quotes and works for any repairs/maintenance
• Update management system
• Filing/Photocopying
• Ordering of supplies
• Keeping the office tidy and organised
• Inspections/meter reads

Entry requirements
GCSE Maths and English at level 4 or above - Essential.
Training to be provided

• The learner will be studying the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
• Day release to West Suffolk College.
• Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.

Things to consider
The office is in rural location with no public transport, therefore own methods of transport is essential. You may be required from time to time to visit properties outside of the vicinity of the office it would beneficial to have your own driving license.
