Business Analyst

Location: Fully remote (occasional visit to office based in Skipton)

Employment type: contract, 5 months (finish – end of June)

Daily rate: up to £500/day (which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed) INSIDE IR35

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our Clients's business as a Business Analyst to support a global business change programme. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in one of the most complex and visible transformation/business change programmes throughout the Client's portfolio.

The role

• Analyse and understand a business problem/opportunity. Business requirements gathering.
• Undertake research and analysis to understand how a business or business area works, considering the people, organisation, processes, information, data and technology.
• Define & document BA approach
• Identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design, development and testing of services and business change.
• Ensure new products and services meet business and user needs and are aligned with organizational goals.
• Define requirements to improve processes and services.
• Manage stakeholders of all levels from different business areas, both internally and externally where required.
• Use efficient methods and tools, ensuring they are adopted consistently and used effectively.

Key Requirements/responsibilities

• business analysis experience
• Proven track record of working on business change projects, complex programmes of work and entire end-to-end lifecycles - a must-have.
• Regulatory experience
• Experience of working on projects dealing with process/reporting/people change
• Experience of working within regulated environments, financial services/mortgages background ideally.
