Business Analyst

LOLADEX P3 LTD, a premier IT consulting firm, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for understanding complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements that drive our IT projects. This role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure that project deliverables meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering:

   • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
   • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed information.
   • Document and validate business requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive and unambiguous.

2. Analysis and Documentation:

   • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
   • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
   • Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and other relevant documentation.

3. Solution Design:

   • Collaborate with IT teams to design and propose technical solutions that meet business needs.
   • Assist in the development of prototypes and mock-ups to visualize solutions.
   • Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.

4. Project Management Support:

   • Support project managers in planning and executing projects, including task tracking and status reporting.
   • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
   • Assist in managing project scope, timelines, and risks.

5. Testing and Validation:

   • Develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
   • Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.
   • Ensure defects are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
     • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
     • Experience: Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role preferred.
     • Skills:
       • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
       • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
       • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, process mapping).
       • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
       • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
