Business Analyst

Business Analyst - The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating dashboards for the function, analysing data, and identifying trends. You will spend time liaising with Stakeholders and interpreting their requirement’s. You will be joining part of a new team within Business Operations . You will be joining the business to be part of a team who is responsible for reporting across the whole function . This is a chance to shape the future of reporting and trend analysis within the function.

• Supporting cross functional working with stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance , monitoring, analysis and reporting of performance across the business is achieved in a timely and meaningful way .
  
• Reviewing, measuring, and reporting on business processes and procedures to ensure their ongoing suitability, effectiveness, and improvement.
  
• Reviewing alternative ways in which continuous improvement can be implemented in the way that Assurance reports.
  
• Acting as a first point of call and share best practice, policies, procedures, processes, and systems, which meet business and production requirements.
  

Location: with our offices based in Berkshire between Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury with onsite parking. Hybrid and flexible working available.
Salary: £33,950 - £38,000 - Negotiable dependant on skills and level of experience.

We would like you to demonstrate or have experience of -

• Ability to interpret data and analyse.
  
• Experience of working with Stakeholders to create governance , reporting mechanisms and business improvement.
  
• Experience of Power BI, Power Apps is key.
  
• A well-organised, proactive, flexible, and forward-thinking mindset.
  

• The ability to engage and influence effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team within a matrix organisational structure.
  
• Good attention to detail.
