Business Analyst - £50,000 - Bristol/Hybrid
Join a leading global insurance company as a Business Analyst to maintain and build systems that support overall business strategies and objectives.
The role:
As a Business Analyst, you will review, analyse and evaluate client business systems, processes and requirements, to maintain and build systems and processes that drive efficiencies within the business.
You should be experienced working productively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
You will sit on one large-scale project, leading and managing the requirement effort and liaising with stakeholders to elicit requirements and propose solutions that address their needs.
You should have experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment across different projects whilst being able to simultaneously triage and coordinate responses to incoming issues and tickets.
Other responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining all relevant project documentation
- Evaluate proposed software enhancements for feasibility
- Support with testing
- Report on updates, status changes and progress
Experience requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- System requirements experience - essential
- Insurance industry experience - essential
- Experience in an Agile development experience across the full SDLC
