We are working with a fantastic client of our based in Bristol. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the expanding team.
The Vacancy
What you will be doing:
• Analyse business requirements elicited from stakeholders at a detailed technical level to understand fully how software solutions enhance business activities; Handling edge cases and exception scenarios
• Develop solutions based on the IT Roadmap & Company Vision, adhering to approved solution architectures; Challenging the stakeholder business cases & user journey assumptions
• Organise workshops with developers and stakeholders, ensuring all participants have a common understanding of definitions, processes, behaviours & goals; Documenting clear actions and outcomes
• Working with a Software & Reporting Development Team in an agile working environment; Taking part in all scrum ceremonies
Who we're looking for:
• You are well organised, have O365/Microsoft-365 experience, and have worked closely with software development teams
• An enthusiastic individual who would be comfortable to work with all different business departments and colleagues from various backgrounds & seniority; Someone who can confidently ask questions, challenge processes, and understand the business
• A professional who will be quick to identify opportunities for improvement in any business process; Someone who will promote solutions to improve the customer experience, products, controls and efficiencies
• An analytical thinker and methodical researcher who would enjoy giving simple solutions to complex problems and be quick to identify patterns in datasets
• This is not a basic requirement gathering Business Analyst role! You will have critical thinking analysis skills and an understanding of computational concepts (e.g. logic patterns, data dependencies)
