This is an exciting time to join the circa 200 people currently employed as they are going through a large transformation programme. On top of this, there is a digital customer experience piece to work through as well as a variety of other projects this will through up.
The requirement is for a Business Analyst who is detailed, passionate and whose communication skills are of the highest order.
You will be tasked with the analysis, evaluation and documention of business and system requirements, translating high-level business needs into detailed business requirements or user stories, supporting the coordination of business requirements ensuring review and approval as required.
As appropriate, facilitate workshops to engage users to gather and document business requirements and solutions throughout the whole project life cycle, translating stakeholder requirements into an agreed documentation set.
Analyse and document existing business processes and workflows and identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability with relevant business experts.
Be the bridge between the IT team, financial analyst, product managers and stakeholders and collaborate with the project manager to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
Work in an Agile or Waterfall methodology as appropriate to the project demands.
Work effectively with external suppliers and senior stakeholders up to Director level.
