My client is a London Borough Council with a current requirement to recruit a couple of interim Business analysts to work on their Transforming community ( Customer Experience ) programme.
The successful Business analysts will be expected to work with the wider Programme team and the internal corporate service design team to scope council services and discover opportunities to improve and innovate the customer experience aligned to the Transforming Community Experience Operating model (Discovery and Scoping project).
Support Programme Managers by collating demand, cost, staffing and performance data from services and understanding the cost benefits from different courses of action.
Support Programme/Project Managers with the definition, capture, analysis and reporting on programme/project benefits.
Promote creative ways of working and a philosophy of putting community needs first and contribute to a culture of transformation and improvement.
To be considered, you will be:
An experienced Business analyst with demonstrable experience of working on large complex programmes within Local government.
Experienced in Business transformation not digital or IT
Have excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Be proficient in definition, capture, analysis and reporting on programme/project benefits.
Using online tools such as Miro for strategy mapping, customer discovery and process visualization.
