Vivactive is seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying and analysing business needs, defining requirements, and developing solutions for operational efficiency and strategic growth. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential as the business launches into Europe in 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities. Vivactive is ready to disrupt the European incontinence market, and you'll be in charge of all the data analysis.
• Document and communicate requirements: Your analysis will improve our business and create lasting change in our company.
• Evaluate and prioritise solutions: Analyse potential solutions to business problems, considering feasibility, cost, and impact. Present findings and recommendations to managers as we make our company even more successful.
• Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with our developers, designers, and managers to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Identify and analyse data: Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to gain insights into business operations and inform decision-making. Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in business analysis. Recommend innovative solutions to improve Vivactive's processes and systems.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus
