Kingswood Group are currently assisting a large organisation, based in Colchester to recruit a Business Analyst, Finance Systems on a temporary basis, up to 6 months.
This role will be responsible for supporting the business in line with a specific project, moving away from the current finance systems to a new cloud based system.
Responsibilities to include;
- Examining the personnel and operational systems across the organisation, working directly with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders
- Deliver design options that eliminate the resilience risks and look to futureproof the service, including identifying opportunities to share processes
- Use evidence and trends to identify potential roles across that will underpin the ability to retain key staff a
- Take an active role in the Project Team
- Liaise and collaborate with services to rationalise and improve existing processes
- Prepare and run virtual and in-person information gathering exercises
- Accurately document process/workflow changes/cessation.
- Update the project site, timelines and feed into project updates and progress reports.
- Report, write, and document desktop and system procedures and help in the training of end users
Experience required;
- Previous demonstrable experience of working on similar financial system implementations as a Business Analyst within a large matrix environmental
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst or as a system administrator on E-Financials (One Advanced)
- Experience with delivering change in an organisation
- Accounting experience or qualification (desirable)
This is a hybrid working role, with on-site working, across 2 sites locations, as and when required.
