About the role:
- Antrim
- 6 months (initially, possibility of extension)
- £20.31 per hour
- 37 hours per week
- Public Sector
- Immediate start
- You will be based within the Economic Development Team.
Working with internal and external partners , you will develop systems and processes to collate, manage and maintain information in the areas of Economic Development, Investment, Planning / Land ownership and Economic and Social Regeneration. Duties will include:
- Develop an effective and efficient information system
- Design, management and implementation of a commercial property portfoli
- Assist with the development and procurement of a CRM system
- Producing reports which evidence the progress being made against Section, Department and Corporate objectives/targets and KPI’s
Criteria:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a subject with a statistical component i.e. physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, geography, business or statistics or other similar discipline.
AND
3 years’ previous
- Experience of undertaking research, collating data, analysing information, identifying issues, maintaining data systems, and making effective evidence recommendations
- Experience of developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Experience of the analysis, interpretation and presentation of complex data and information and using data and evidence to influence decisions and improve outcomes
Or
- Five years experience outlined above in absence of a Degree or equivalent qualification.
Plus
- Full current driving licence or, if a disability prevents driving, access to a suitable form of transport to enable the duties of the post to be carried out in full.
- Available for flexible working including evenings and weekends.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and Windows Applications
