About the role:

• Antrim
• 6 months (initially, possibility of extension)
• £20.31 per hour
• 37 hours per week
• Public Sector
• Immediate start
• You will be based within the Economic Development Team.

Working with internal and external partners , you will develop systems and processes to collate, manage and maintain information in the areas of Economic Development, Investment, Planning / Land ownership and Economic and Social Regeneration. Duties will include:

• Develop an effective and efficient information system
• Design, management and implementation of a commercial property portfoli
• Assist with the development and procurement of a CRM system
• Producing reports which evidence the progress being made against Section, Department and Corporate objectives/targets and KPI’s

Criteria:

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a subject with a statistical component i.e. physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, geography, business or statistics or other similar discipline.

AND

3 years’ previous

• Experience of undertaking research, collating data, analysing information, identifying issues, maintaining data systems, and making effective evidence recommendations
• Experience of developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Experience of the analysis, interpretation and presentation of complex data and information and using data and evidence to influence decisions and improve outcomes

Or

• Five years experience outlined above in absence of a Degree or equivalent qualification.

Plus

• Full current driving licence or, if a disability prevents driving, access to a suitable form of transport to enable the duties of the post to be carried out in full.
• Available for flexible working including evenings and weekends.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and Windows Applications
