About the role:
- Rate of pay: £13.02 p/h
- Hours of Work:37 hrs per week
- Duration of post: 6 month temporary post
- Public Sector

- Provide efficient and effective administrative and financial support to the Waste Service
- Assist in the development and promotion of Council’s waste management activities in order to maximise service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of customer care and continuity of service in meeting organisational deadlines while dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders through various communication channels.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications to demonstrate literacy and numeracy
- 2 years administrative experience in a busy office environment to include
- Ability to deal efficiently with large volumes of work
- Successfully prioritising competing demands
- Working knowledge of a wide range of administrative activities within a customer focused environment
- IT literacy and confident use of databases, e-mail and Microsoft packages
- A qualification that demonstrates competency in working with office technology i.e. Word Processing or Typewriting.
