The Administrative Assistant will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, answering and directing phone calls, organising and scheduling appointments, planning work and assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, developing and maintaining a filing system, updating and maintaining office policies and procedures, ordering office supplies , maintaining contact lists, and general office duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Salary: From £11.44 per hour
