Part Time Administration Assistant

16 hours per week

Balmoral golf Club has a position available for a Part Time Administration Assistant to work alongside our senior administration person.

The successful candidate will be required to be proficient in the following areas

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Payroll & Personnel

• Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Membership invoicing and administration

• Bank reconciliation

• Tax / Vat Monthly & Quarterly and year end preparation

• Recording & managing weekly financial accounts

• Salary payments

• Licencing application

• Microsoft proficient including accountancy packages for Sage or Croft

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Belfast, BT9 6GX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
