Job description

Working as part of a team, the post holder will be responsible for the data entry of a high volume of new products received into the warehouse to ensure they are efficiently recorded on the stock control system. To assist in the smooth running of the warehouse and support the website. .

Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of high volume of new stock
• Creating new products on our stock file
• Retrieving relevant information from suppliers via excel files
• Recording and inputting all the information accurately (including categories, pricing, and barcoding i.e. all the formatting is correctly imported)
• Preparation of new products information to be uploaded up to website platform
• Using electronic and manual filing systems with due regard to security and confidentiality (GDPR)
• Teamwork with other warehouse/website staff to assist in all tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Other ad hoc admin department duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• GCSE C grade or above, in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Excellent computer, literacy and numerical skills to include Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational / time management skills
• Able to work flexible hours to ensure business needs are met

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of golf
• Knowledge of photo editing
• Problem solving ability
• Experience of working in a busy office environment
