Your new role
In this role you will be assisting at a busy time of year. You will be working from May through to the end of September, with the possibility of an extension. In this role you will be based onsite, 5 days a week. Your main responsibilities will be, but not be limited to, the following:
- Assist the management team with general administrative tasks
- Maintain records relating to work offers, schedules and inventory
- Coordinating communication between staff, management and external vendors
- Prepare reports and documentation as and when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Management of external contractors and coordinating logistics around this
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Previous administration experience - at least 2 years minimum
- Highly experienced with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with dealing with subcontractors
- Management of various people and coordination of their diaries
- Excellent communication skills
- £13 per hour
- 30 days annual leave (pro rota)
- Free onsite parking
- Flexible start and finish times
- Based locally in Jordanstown
