I require an experienced Rail Construction Manager with an Electrical Bias for long term works in Central London.
Outside IR35 + Weekly Payments + 2 years duration
Our client has delivered a wide range of M&E projects over the last 15 + years working with Tier 1 clients in the Rail sectors and due to continued growth requires an experienced Construction Manager to join their business.
The position will require you to be working on site managing sub contractors on this Rail project which has a large electrical package to deliver.
This is a long term contract role and would suit someone who has extensive experience in the Rail sector and the following skill sets.
- Taking responsibility of the project from initial handover through to project completion
- Putting together a program of works and ensuring all parties are following it correctly.
- Form close links with the client’s representatives and their teams at a senior level.
- Attending site meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Promote a positive health and safety culture across the project & workforce
- Managing any changes that occur throughout the project
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of MEP Installations
- Good computer skills, with a knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications, such as MS word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation.
The project is schedules to last 2 years and the daily shift payments are between £400 - 450, outside of IR35.
