Post Merger Integration Manager opportunity to work for a highly regarded Accountancy firm based in The City of London.
This role will play a crucial and integral part in facilitating the integration of newly acquired businesses into existing operations.
The role will be reporting directly to the Integration Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient integration process. In this capacity, you will contribute significantly to the acquisition strategy by providing valuable insights and support throughout the integration journey.
Your ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders and coordinate integration activities will be essential in achieving our integration goals.
This role will be only suitable for someone who is hands on and happy to be working at all levels.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on post-merger integration projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, coupled with a strong understanding of operational processes.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering a cohesive organizational culture during periods of change, with a focus on integrating diverse teams and aligning cultural values.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage competing priorities.
- Experience within an accounting firm is an asset (or sufficient experience within any people-driven professional services firm)
