Business travel Consultant required for this award winning Travel Management company. Looking for strong GDS knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus to work on their emergency weekend team. Salary is £21,000 for 20 hours plus excellent benefits too.
Weekend BusinessTravel consultant duties:
- Dealing with a range of clients ranging from Banks, insurance companies to high profile and VIP clients both in the UK and overseas.
- Assisting clients out of hours, sometimes in an emergency scenario
- Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels using a GDS
- Problem solving, making amendments, dates changes, re-issues
Weekend BusinessTravel consultant skills required:
- Strong Business Travel consultant experience from either TMC, BTC or SBTC background.
- Some experience of dealing with either OOH, emergency or Worldwide client enquiries
- Strong airfares knowledge with understanding of fares, reissues, refunds, changes and some ticketing
- GDS experience from either sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
Other info:
- We are looking for someone who would be happy to have weekends as their regular shifts as this role will cover both Saturday AND Sunday as well as a Monday evening.
- Hours are : Monday - 6pm to midnight - no break - 6 hours
Saturday - 7am - 3pm - 1 hour break - 7 hours
Sunday - 7am - 3pm - 1 hour break - 7 hours
- Working 20 hours each week
- Salary is £21,000 for the 20 hours.
