Construction Project Manager
The ideal candidate will have a background of working with Local Authorities/Social Housing settings on similar capital projects.
Long term, 12 month+ contract, Outside IR35.
Experience & Requirements:
* Overseeing high value capital construction works (£300k+).
* Put together the programme and ensure the projects stay on track to be delivered on time.
* Managing stakeholders, subcontractors, and liaising with suppliers on a daily basis on behalf of the Council.
Job Details:
- Contract Length: 12 months+
- Rate: £ Negotiable DOE
- IR35 Status: OUTSIDE.
- Working Pattern: Hybrid
