Project Manager

Synced are currently supporting a client operating within the PBSA space to recruit a Projects Coordinator/Manager to support in overseeing multiple projects to include mobilisation and bespoke projects across the business.
Are you a General, Property, Operations Manager looking for projects focused role? Perhaps you have been involved in a site refurb, mobilisation, planning a check in plan, an operations focused project or even a personal project that took planning, time management, multiple suppliers and of course a spreadsheet!
Our client is looking for candidates with experience of working in the PBSA space for this one.

- To be a confident communicator, able to communicate back to the business
- To be comfortable working in a fast paced role
Role Outline:
- Support with the management of mobilisation projects including new developments and acquisitions of operational assets
- Manage projects relating to the embedding of new sites into the portfolio
- Management of bespoke projects for the business
- Provide regular project updates and reports to business stakeholders
This is a hybrid role and would be a mix of office based (Central London), home based and site travel.
