This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Billing Business Analyst to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. They are based in Chorley, and they will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is managing projects relating to the systems function of the CRM system.
The Billing Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Provide user stories for use by developers and test analysts within different operational teams.
• Provide industry expertise and documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Providing expertise and support to both internal teams and external clients.
• Review testing and documentation against requirements.
• Create and maintain product guides and user documentation.

 The following skills and experience are required:

• Previous experience within the energy industry.
• Knowledge of billing system within the energy industry.
• 5 years’ experience working in Business Analyst roles.
• Working directly with developers and test analysts.
• Experience using agile and formal BA methodologies.
• Ideally understanding of Half Hourly practices and smart meter operations knowledge.
