Business Analyst - EUC Remediation
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to work with our client who is a global leader in banking and wealth management which provide consumers, corporations, governments, and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products to achieve the best outcomes for clients and customers with financial ingenuity that leads to solutions that are simple, creative, and responsible. The role is based in Dublin. This is a 7-month contract position.
Role Overview
This position is in support of the End-User-Computing (EUC) Remediation Program for Securities Services Operations (SSO). The role will involve business analysis, documentation, and project management activities to ensure that SSO EUC Remediation Program delivery is in line with EUC Policy and Citi Enterprise PMO guidelines. Effective communication and documentation skills are required, along with attention to detail on planning, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:

  • Project manage EUC Remediation Program deliverables for SSO inclusive of detailed planning, status reporting, and risk and issue management.
  • Consult with Citi Enterprise PMO to ensure SSO deliverables are correctly captured in the relevant project plans and provide scheduled and on-demand updates on progress.
  • Issue scheduled and ad-hoc stakeholders and senior management updates.
  • Produce detailed project progress metrics.
  • Participate in standards definition for EUC retirement documentation.
  • Track completion of EUC retirement documentation with the population of relevant EUC owners, regularly report on progress, escalate issues.
  • Contribute to Quality Control check on EUC retirement documentation.
  • Coordinate Quality Assurance Testing with Citi Enterprise Team, report results to EUC Owners and SSO Project Team for review and remediation.
  • Proactive engagement with business/functions EUC representatives to ensure understanding of the EUC governance program.

Qualifications and Desirable qualities

  • 6+ years' experience in a Business Analysis / Project Management capacity.
  • Experience of working on projects and programs within Financial Services.
  • Securities Services background preferable.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, highly matrix, dynamic environment.
  • Initiative-taking, highly adaptive, and able to work well under competing priorities.
  • Formal Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications desirable.
  • Experience of working in a process and controls driven environment.

Education

  • MBA, Bachelors / University Degree, or equivalent experience.
